Who We Are

 Floodwaters AAA 

AAA (Anointed & Appointed for Action) is not just an acronym but a declaration.  Holy Spirit has released an anointed call on our organization to serve the San Diego Community and beyond.   We were birthed out of the heart-cry of God to minister to the community in its entirety; spirit, soul, and body (1 Thessalonians 5:23).  As a nonprofit ministry and humanitarian organization, Floodwaters also works alongside the San Diego County businesses, churches,  and community resources to bring solutions to the Christian and non-Christian alike.

Floodwaters AAA’s mission is to  meet the needs of the community-at-large both naturally and spiritually.  We are answering the great commission to train, disciple, and equip the people with the message of hope in Jesus Christ.  This call involves connecting  the community to God’s unlimited resources without partisanship, differentiation, or discrimination. We help everyone; families, individuals, veterans, the disenfranchised, and the historically underrepresented. We aspire to partner with other like-minded churches, businesses, and/or organizations in accomplishing our call.

I'm Married to Larry Dawson. Mother to Victoria and grandmother to Aiko & Amina. My Heart is for the people and that's why I joined Floodwaters AAA. We are a Kingdom-minded ministry where all people matter to us because they matter to God.

I am a Veteran, Father, grandfather, & great-grandfather. I love God & love God's people.
